The pictures of the hotel was very deceiving! The room itself is not clean and seems quite old in comparison to the pictures. The flooring is falling apart and feel gross to step on. The smells really bad and no longer how long you stay in the room the smell still lingers. There is some mildew in the room perhaps that is where the smell is from. The decor of the hotel is very outdated, maybe it would’ve been stylish 50 years ago. The bathroom has both a standing shower and bathtub, however I opted out on the bathtub because of unclean conditions. The only good thing the room had was how spacious it was.

The pictures are not a good representation of what you get. The room we were placed in felt like it wasn't even finished, and to top it all off it wasn't even clean! The bathroom door didn't shut properly (we had to prop something against it or it would swing open), there were random wires and unattached pipes everywhere, and I found rubbish from the previous tenant in the bathroom which was really gross. It felt like they didn't know if we would be staying or not so they didn't prepare the room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I won't be staying again.

Many mosquitos and bed louse. The room is really not clean enough for a 3 star hotel. I will not recommend for visitors as the price is not cheap while compared with other hotels on same area.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
