        My family and I just stayed here for 3 nights. All their staff includes both morning and evening receptionists and the manager Dilip are super hospitable. They are very responsive and supportive to the customer's needs when we communicated to them. My elderly parents and my baby seems happy about our stay here. Our rooms are very neat and clean with newly renovated facilities (A/C is strong!)

        The customer service was ACE! Both people who worked there the two nights we stayed did an excellent job! Very personable, helpful and kind. Overall I would consider staying here again if I needed to be around there again for work. Great value. The full hotel wasn't actually open to the public apparently... So we were given a room around the corner. Can't fault the room itself, especially as it's literally two blocks from the tube, and right next door to a delicious cafe for breakfast. I felt safe as the room at a deadbolt and a lock, but the outside door to the street lock wasn't active... Which would have been better. Hopefully this can be activated soon. :)

        We got to stay in new renovated rooms, they were a little small but really nice. Cleaned everyday and easy access to city centre from here. Still its one of the cheapier ”London hotels” and you got to pay lots more than this for the best.

        I stayed at a renovated room. It was really clean and new. Also the hotel is very close to lancaster gate underground station, so it’s good to visit anywhere in London !

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
