Overall: We had a really bad experience staying in this hotel. Not worth the price. Room: We stayed in a penthouse-style room, the stairs in the room are connected to the adjacent room, we can hear it clearly whenever there’s someone climbing up the stairs. Well basically we can hear everything from the next door very clearly. Imagine waking up several times because of the noises the stairs made, and you are not sure if the noises are coming from your own room or from the next door. Bathroom: The door cannot be locked, the water temperature of the shower is unstable, it can be hot at a time and turned cold out of a sudden. Staff: The check in staff was friendly and helpful, speaks good english. However there was one staff, when we entered the lobby from the lift, he greeted politely in Korean, but the moment we started speaking English, his attitude changed 180 degree, I can even see him rolling eyes at me, he speaks good english but was rude. If this hotel doesn’t welcome foreigners please state this in the booking website.

I believe that it used to be apartments but now it’s outdated and rented out as hotel rooms. It’s not well maintained, the pictures on Google and booking are not correct. We booked a sea view and I have added a picture of the view. The windows hadn’t been cleaned so it’s seems foggy 😅. Also a leak in the window made our room wet after a rainy day. Anyway I have added current pictures of the room. It’s spacious yet not the furniture they showed on the pictures and quite empty and just a bed. The bathroom is also spacious but the downside is the hand towel you get as a towel. All with all its cheap and it’s fine but it’s not what it’s like on the pictures! View is nice of the sea and that’s what you’re paying for. Plus the location is good with many restaurants and close to the beach. But I wouldn’t say it’s hotel worthy, yet it’s comfortable enough to stay and to sleep only and almost no service I give it a 2 stars!

Right across from the haeundae beach entrance and right on a strip of great street food and coffee and a Thursday Party you have everything you need in this one area. The room was nice with a great view. Only thing I didn't like was the lack of outlets. So we had to depend on our portable chargers. Very clean, quiet and comfy.

Located just next to Haeundae Beach . Great location . However, building is quite old , but overall the room looks new, and clean. I got the city view room, and it was a great experience staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
