The staff made my staycation great.. Youssef was one of the best staff there. Mohammed and Mubarek were great too.. they all are so friendly and helpful. 1. The rooms were clean and they clean it properly and the internet was great and fast and there was a router in every room and everywhere in the hotel. 2. Front desk// room service was 4/5 they were kind of slow to get things done. 3. The management of the crisis was very poor.. we had an incident when we stayed there and the (night shift staff) were not able to deal with it.. (not Youssef, Mubarek or Mohammed) there were 2 different staff that I don’t recall their names. 4. Location was strategic and close to everything but you have to walk a hill for 10 minutes but it was no problem for me. 5. I didn’t like the breakfast overall and I don’t recommend it. I rate the hotel 3.5/5

Stayed there for a week. The reception wasn't accommodating. Nobody helped us with the bags surprisingly for a 4 stars hotel. Rooms needed maintenance in terms of bathroom showers or even the TV. They know. They are kind and fix it fast yet it's anything but 4 stars for a stay.

The hotel's front desk wasn't accommodating, no room upgrades, and it's located downhill you need a cardio workout to reach the city. However, room service and cleaning were excellent. The AC issue, needing to be restarted every 10 minutes, was a downside. Despite that, the food was delectable.

Located downhill 10 minutes walk from TAKSIM Square. steep and tricky to reach by walking. Similar to cardio workout. (Not recommended for elderly or family with children) Front desk were helpful and supportive. Good breakfast ,and room service and cleaning were excellent. We had an issue with the AC and once reportedc, it was managed immediately. Needs carpet replacement in the corridor (smelly) I was in the 4th floor. Nothing like the photos... Modest but good with the right price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
