This place was just not for me. It may very well work for others, but for me, it wasn't nice enough. Definitely needs an upgrade overall. Rooms were so hot. You can't make it cooler in the rooms because they turn the AC off in the hotel, so all you can get is heat. To make your room cool, you have to turn the unit off altogether. The hotel has the old Embassy design.

Stayed just for a night. Quite a good one. The TV isn’t that great. Doesn’t have YouTube or anything, and need to buy movies. The breakfast spread was quite good. Must have an omelette! A perk is the location of course! Just beside the centennial park, and close to downtown.

The breakfast was everything you would expect from a hotel except the omelets. They make them to order and you can get any toppings you’d like. The man that makes them is super sweet and efficient, he can make 3 omelets at once. The room was very spacious and worth the money. The only negative was the parking it was only valet and cost 50$ for them to just park your car in a gravel lot. You can park in their sister hotel’s parking garage across the street but that is 40$ so expect to be paying a lot for parking when you come. Luckily you can park and walk to almost anything the whole time, since the hotel is right across the street from the college football hall of fame and around the corner from the world of coke and the aquarium. However, we really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful hotel. Definitely will be coming back here when coming to Atlanta.

This hotel has a lot of pros and cons Location is prime right across from Olympic park Walking distance to many restaurants aquarium and stadium Free made to order breakfast and evening reception with free alcohol Ruth Chris in lobby but reservations required Dog friendly Parking is a minus at $50 day Rooms are large but need to be updated bathroom only has a sink with no place for your toiletries Other hotel guests are rude slamming doors at all hours of morning Line for breakfast was long! They have carpet in all rooms except bathroom Beds are off ground but when you have a dog they can go underneath bed which is not ideal for pet owners Pillows are not comfortable they offer no support It is a nice hotel in a good location but I am unsure I would stay here again because it is loud and busy!

I like the water fountain in the central that is soothing. Their AC seems to be broken or too sensitive. Even though I turned it off, it turned on automatically to maintain the temperature. The breakfast and complimentary happy hour were good. It might be better if they open two lines and serve food with a more user-friendly clip and spoon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
