Really nice staff! We were here for a conference and the Embassy Suites staff were so well prepared and accommodating. Getting directly to the hotel is tough unless you are driving since the subway (the "EL") and the bus are several blocks away. Once you're inside the hotel, it's pretty amazing how large it is. The conference rooms had good projectors and speakers, and the seating was pretty comfortable.

The Embassy didn’t fail us . After checkin they have a happy hour. Complementary snacks,2drinks. Per person per day. The pool was filled will kids all day and night so we skipped that. The breakfast was amazing. Omelette or skillet to order. They have a huge eating area. Rooms were nice. But they forgot towels for us. And the neighbors called security on me and my mom at 7am for laughing and talking in our beds. Walls are too thin. Security was nice and just asked us to quiet down. But for two days the neighbors slammed their doors and yelled. Lots of shopping around the hotel. I felt safe and loved this vibe. 9/10 experience. Staff 10/10 from the cleaners in the dining area to the receptionist who checked us in.

The hotel rooms are definitely a “lipstick on a pig” situation. The bathrooms are poorly remodeled and the tub had rust all over it and we didn’t have any hot water in our shower during our stay. You also don’t have to have a room key to get in to the hotel, which is super sketchy. Would not recommend staying here.

Great Location! The staff was very friendly ( Candie at front desk was exceptional).. every staff member we encountered greeted us and were very welcoming. The breakfast was great, the pool was nice and warm and the complementary drinks were great! We went after the new year and missed all the crowds, which I'm sure helped woth our experience. Very family friendly!

I enjoyed my stay. Complementary MTO omelettes every morning. A little noisy when you’re in your lounge section of your room but once you shut the bedroom door it’s quiet. Wholefoods right across the street which is extremely convenient. Plan on $53 per night garage parking. Most places you can walk to within 10-15min.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
