Rooms were nice, the furniture and carpet needed updating but the rooms was very spacious at a great price. The staff was very polite and professional. The free continental breakfast/buffet was amazing! I've never stayed at a hotel that had a breakfast like that every morning. There was also happy hour on the mezzanine every night, good for 2 free adult beverages. The drinks were even great. I highly recommend this place.

My stay at Embassy Suites was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring a spotless and comfortable environment throughout my stay. The highlight of my mornings was the delicious continental breakfast with an omelette bar, offering a wide array of options to start the day right. Additionally, the complimentary happy hour offering two drinks was a wonderful touch, allowing for a relaxing wind-down after a day of exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and offered breathtaking views of the cityscape, providing a serene backdrop. However, one small improvement could be enhancing the room lighting to make it even more inviting. Overall, my experience at Embassy Suites was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago!

We tried to access the drop off area in front of the hotel and it was filled with parked cars. This was frustrating, as we have an infant with us. We gave up, and tried to park but it was hard to tell which garage was affiliated with the hotel. Trying to get into the hotel requires a lot of waiting for various elevators, so there’s always a line up. Check in process was very long. The staff we encountered at the hotel were indifferent and unfriendly. We had requested a crib for our infant (advertised on the website) but a pack ‘n play was dropped off, which upon opening had a previous guest’s hoop earring inside (a serious choking hazard!) and crackers. The mattress had some kind of food dried to it so obviously they’re not cleaned, and I was second guessing even using it. The room itself was spacious and it was nice to have access to a fridge and bar sink. I don’t like that no single use toiletries are provided anymore, we prefer bar soap, nor extras like a shower cap or makeup wipe. Felt very bare bones in that regard. It was difficult to get room service, the phone rang and rang and then we had to be connected via front desk and have them return our call. I was dismayed that the food tray with half eaten food was still outside our door 12 hours later. The complimentary breakfast was too busy to attend, the elevators take forever, and the parking of $53/night seems pricey. We wouldn’t stay here again.

First off I would say this hotel was in a good area, it was near many restaurants and easy to walk for sightseeing . During my stay the most unenjoyable part was the thin walls, many nights guests near me were incredibly loud. Also wasn’t aware they were going to be renovating so when we were in the room you could hear pounding noises the whole time. They did stop at a reasonable time though. The continental breakfast was okay, the fresh made omelettes was the best out of everything. The evening snacks wasn’t really promising, wish they offered hot drink options like they do in the morning for nonalcoholic drinkers. Only option was soda or alcoholic drinks.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and I highly recommend it. The omelette for breakfast was delicious, and the two drinks during Happy Hour made it even more enjoyable. This is a perfect hotel for a family trip. The location is also great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
