        Location was fine. My traveling companion and I wanted something relatively quieter than the strip. Nice view of the mountains from the bedroom. Rooms were disappointing. Dated, not comfortable and felt stale. We booked a 1-bedroom suite. The living space with pull out sofa was dingy and small. The bedroom was just okay. Bathroom was aged and not cleaned well (tons of lint and slime on the edges of the tile floor and around the toilet). Housekeeping hours found piles of dirty laundry and trash bags stacked haphazardly around the hallways. That’s not a good look to be tossing strangers’ body fluids in public spaces. Service was non-existent. The older woman attending the breakfast buffet line was rude and aggressive to my companion who also happened to be the only person of color in line, and the attendant magically lost her attitude when I (not a person of color) came to stand next to my companion. I wonder why the attendant had such an attitude towards them but not me?? I was starving the afternoon we arrived, the “happy hour” wasn’t scheduled for another 90 minutes. I purchased a bagel from the shop in the lobby, the front desk staff refused to ring it up in person despite me holding out my credit card, instead insisting it would be added to the room charge and waved me off. It was stale and soggy, honestly pretty nasty and I didn’t finish even half. Upon check-out I was handed an itemized receipt for said bagel and parking fees and found the bagel cost NINETEEN DOLLARS. NINETEEN WHOLE DOLLARS for an old, cold bagel. Mind you, few things had price tags in the shop. $7-8 would have been overpriced, but still fine from a convenience spot. $19 for a bagel is a CRIME. The young woman at the front desk argued with me when there were clearly no price tags on the items that somehow I should have known because “everything is clearly labeled”. Robbery. That alone ruined my stay. Don’t treat customers like that. Booking site clearly stated free parking but we were charged $15/day to self park. The secure lot out back was full most of the time, so we had to park in the unsecured valet lot near the highway. Give this place a pass, spend your whole paycheck somewhere that respects your business.

        Not very pleasant stay. Carpets were so dirty. Communication with hotel front desk was almost impossible. Every time I call them before check-in date, they pick up the phone, say hi, and ask to wait and immediately connect to Hilton general customer service in offshore. They didn't even let me tell them I tried customer service and they couldn't help. My ask was specific to the hotel and offshore team had no idea to answer me. Anyways, I had to call them 10-15 times to get lucky one time and talk to front deck of hotel. Room service was horrible. We had to request for room cleaning 2-3 times in a day. The front desk ask us to be patient. they will do it by 5pm. But when we came back to room at 5:30pm, the room was still a mess. We requested again. They came in after 2-3 times talking with different people. they end up coming and do a quick touch (not even vacuum the floor). After check out, I got double charge for self-parking. Again, I had to call them and stay on the line for half-an-hour to speak with customer service. Overall, not a good experience. I most probably won't go there next time and won't recommend it to anyone else.

        I just stayed here for the MJBiz convention and it was great! My room (407) was right by the elevator and it was quite! I loved the layout of the room. The Fountain Grill had a wonderful breakfast and the two men making omelets were both very fast and they were very friendly. The omelets were delicious! I will definitely stay here again.

        The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and the sheets smelled freshly laundered. However, they didn't replenish the towels, shampoo, toilet paper (the one in place was about out) or floor mat. They were quick to get the room stocked up again but left everything on a chair by the door. They may have just forgotten because the room really was very clean. They have a happy hour at 5:30 and a great breakfast.

        One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Can’t believe this is considered to be a Hilton. Motel6’s are nicer. Room was dirty and dingy, super old and outdated. Entire room smelled like sewage. Hair in the bed when we checked in, bathroom was dirty (stains in the toilet). They only clean your room if you request it. Breakfast ends at 9am which seems very early. Book elsewhere!!
