Had a stopover flight, so had a 24 hour stay, showed up at 2am and welcomed by the most loveliest reception gentleman. Gave us an upgraded room and made sure we were comfortable. The Bellman and the room attended all helpful with items like toothbrush etc. the hotel is immaculate and far exceeded both mine and my partners expectations. The rooftop was beautiful!

The hotel was immaculate. Hotel staff were accommodating. They upgraded our room for no extra cost. Breakfast was great, there was something for everyone. Pool and gym were awesome. The roof top pool had a beautiful view of the city. Only 15 minutes from the airport and close to all attractions. I will add if you order an uber ask if they want cash in hand to drive you all around to the main attractions.

Very good hotel near the central souk on Doha. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Beautiful and spacious suite with all the comforts and perfect for a family. Fantastic swimming pool on the rooftop with beautiful view on the bay and skyline. Very good breakfast. A bit noisy because the window don't isolate well from noise of traffic.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
