This is a hotel to run from. The mattress was urine soaked and fecal material. We reported at 9am and was told it would be replaced. We slept on it the night before not knowing with a cloth mattress pad! They don’t use waterproof mattress pads if you can believe that. At 1:30 pm we had a text how our stay was. We said excellent except for the mattress. We had pictures and shared them. They said it again would be replaced. It wasn’t. At 4:30 pm the assistant manager Tony told us our remedy was to put an extra mattress pad on it as they were full!!! Urine and fecal material and they want us to pay hundreds per night to sleep with cloth mattress pads! I don’t think so. We were contacted by the manager Sarah. Her response was the same or we could leave. It is one of the busiest weeks in Orlando and they wasted our day and at 7 pm we could leave or sleep on dried urine and fecal material with extra mattress pads for $$$$ hundreds of dollars! We had two rooms here. We left. But don’t worry they are sold out for the rest of the week. What are you sleeping on? Also we had no shower gel or hand gel on arrival and on leaving. We did ask to be filled 4 times with nothing done. Imagine staying in the hotel for more than 24 hours and no hand soap!

This hotel was great until the very very end. I loved the activities it had for my children. The pool and splash pad were great. The food was great. Staff were amazing. Now to when it got horrible. It was one hour after checkout, I realized I left my daughter’s gold cat earrings in the hotel room. I know the exact spot that they are. In the bedroom, on the TV stand to the left. I know they are there because I didn’t have travel jewelry case. I forgot to put them back into my daughter’s ears when we left. Well the hotel claims they are not there. I’m so disappointed, lesson learned I guess. Maybe Mickey Mouse was upset I brought cat earrings to his hotel and he took them. Who knows?

I was at the Embassy Suites on 8100 Lake Street, Orlando January 25 through January 28. The rooms are in need of some renovation. The faucet in the bathroom don't work well. I found the tub with hair in it. On top of that I was charged $20 a day for parking. That is an automatic charge and there is no other place to park your car. Imagine hosting guests and charged them $20 a day for parking!!!! That is a rip off. I am so disappointed and would NOT recommend the Embassy Suite.

Beautifully kept hotel! As soon as you walked in you were greeted by friendly front desk personnel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food service staff were great and totally love the included with your stay happy hour! It gave us the opportunity to relax a lil after a long day at the amusement parks. We were also so tired that we ordered food from the hotel and it was not bad at all. They had pretty good choices for food. I love my overall stay and would definitely stay there again.

I had a five-star experience but understand why it's a 3-star hotel. Don't get me wrong, Hilton has done a lot to make this a resort experience: - delicious (and reasonably priced) food at the restaurant - theater sized screen playing movies and TV in the central seating area - waterfall structures and relaxing environment - seemingly good insulation and soundproofing in the rooms (at least for my two nights) - very comfortable bed in a good suite layout - extremely welcoming and helpful service and desk staff - beautiful outdoor pool area But there are little things that could turn you off if you're expecting a five-star location, mostly with maintenance issues that were noticeable but not bothersome. My bedroom sink water pressure was low (but had two others), the two closet door handles were two different styles, and the shower soap dispenser was coming unscrewed from the wall. It's worth noting that these exist, but wasn't worth taking photos. Was too easy to ignore these and overall enjoy my time spent here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
