Really nice chill hotel. Breakfast was great. Front desk lady Vanessa was nice and very helpful! Great location near the bay, seaport village & gas lamp quarter. Room was clean and nice but the carpets probably need replacing- they are dated. Air conditioning was not consistently cool and I woke up sweating heavily on my last night despite temp at 68F

Great location. You have to pay $25 for a fee for something, but you get the credit to spend at the restaurant or gift shop. We ordered a pizza and that covered our dinner. We partook in the happy hour and the drinks were on point. The service was friendly and efficient. The breakfast is plentiful and mostly tasty. The rooms were clean, appeared new/updated with a great city view. The only bummer is the parking which was $55 as a Hilton Honors member. Otherwise, I would totally recommend and/or return if in the area.

We arrived in the morning around noon, very tired from our flights and running on 2 hours of sleep. Staff at valet were very cheerful, receptionists at front desk were super helpful and lovely, greeted us with a smile and offered us an upgrade for our Hilton Honors status. I’m very grateful for them to give us an early check in since we were all extremely tired. Property is up to date and was renewed during 2019, rooms are comfy, extremely clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast and reception is a plus that we all love. We will definitely come back!

$60 a night for mandatory valet parking only. No self parking available unless you want to leave it on the street. That adds nearly 50% to the advertised room rates. Must use bellhop if you want to use the dolly. They do a lot of things maybe with the intent of making up for this - like free breakfast and snacks at night. It seems like they try hard to have good customer service. Rooms are nice too. But no mention of mandatory valet at $60 a night when booking is a deal breaker. An extra $300 just for parking 5 days is crazy. We would have cancelled our booking immediately but as the only hotel in San Diego we could find with an indoor pool - we didn't have much of a choice. The kids were set on swimming and it was too cold for outdoor pools.

Just got back from a stay at Embassy Suites San Diego Bay. I have nothing but compliments for our entire stay! Breakfasts and managers receptions were fun and a great way to start our day and wind down after spending the day exploring. We were in town to celebrate my husbands birthday and the staff went above and beyond. Vanessa regularly checked in with us during our stay, Isabel helped find me birthday decorations for our room and even spoke with food and beverage and arranged a cupcake delivery to our room. The decor was a bit dated in the rooms, but it was very clean and comfortable. Next time we are in SD… we will stay here 100%!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
