Great stay at this Hilton property. Service was outstanding, especially at breakfast and the front desk team. Our room was great. Comfy beds and pillows. Lots of space. Amazing shower. Big bathroom. Having the supplied Alexa play music when we hung out was a nice touch. Breakfast was really awesome. That staff should be given a raise. Manager's reception was lacking, maybe the worst I've ever experienced at an Embassy Suites, but the breakfast, room, and location made up for it. Hotel is obviously super close to both stadiums and an easy walk to everything downtown. Also close to the light rail. Will stay here again!

Great location for Lumen field. About one block away. The breakfast and free happy hour was also really good. Definitely recommend. Would give 5 stars all around however house cleaning is not available unless you ask at check in and the front desk does not prompt. I'm a loyal diamond member and couldn't get our room made up when I called for services at 8am. Definitely an opportunity there.

Great experience and the hotel staff was wonderful. I'm a cheap person, so spending $300+ per night was a tough sell... but this place was worth it. Right across the parking lot from Lumen field, train station literally 50 feet away and light rail an easy 3 minute walk... unbeatable location. Food service was excellent, breakfast and hosted happy hour were great...I know where I'm staying next time I come for a football game or really any trip to downtown Seattle.

We booked 2 adjoining rooms in this hotel due to being promised a federal government rate by someone in the reservations department. We had another hotel secured but moved to this one due to the location, upon canceling the other hotel we find out that one room was secured at the government rate but the other one was not and the price was in my opinion extremely high and unaffordable. I spent way too much time trying to get to the bottom of this seeing if Hilton could fix this mistake but unfortunately they would not help me. The unfortunate part is we are very loyal Hilton members and choose them over every other hotel. We gave them ample time and opportunity to just show us they care and can help us get a government rate or even something similar but there was no budge. We decided to stay one of the nights there, we do like what they an offer as far as breakfast and the location is nice but it turned out the room we are in had bed bugs which was also very disappointing. I want to continue to book with the Hilton but do not want misinformation to be presented, this caused alot of stress that our family did not need. And very much wish for. I more bed bugs.

We recently hosted our Punjabi/Gujarati Indian wedding at the Embassy Suites and truly feel like we left with a new family in Seattle! Nicole and team were with us from day one, putting so much love and care into our event experience. I lost count of how many times our guests came to us and complimented the friendly hotel staff, the excellent accommodations, and the seamlessness of our events. The Embassy team was so flexible to our needs, going above and beyond to help us problem solve and make our dream wedding a reality. To see Nicole, Lou, and team as excited and emotional as we were as our events came to an end showed just how personally and seriously they took our overall experience and satisfaction. We can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us. If you're considering hosting your wedding at the Embassy Suites in Pioneer Square, please do not hesitate! Best decision you'll make by far!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
