Maria is absolutely amazing! Fantastic host! She handled requests from all 20 of us, who were there for a wedding, with poise and grace. Things didn’t phase her! The entire staff was excellent! So super accommodating and helpful. Place was also very clean and nice. Breakfast was very good as well. If I could, I’d give the staff 6 out of 5, 125%!

My sisters and I stayed here a few months ago. We had the most wonderful time! The food, the ambiance, it felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much to everyone! They were so helpful when we asked for ideas on activities, etc. I have never encountered such amazing hospitality!

We had a big group for a family wedding that took up the entire hotel and had an amazing stay! The location was great-quiet at night and a little away from the main area of town, yet close walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. Maria was above and beyond in serving us-from an amazing spread at breakfast each day to arranging transportation to all of our events to immaculately clean rooms and common areas!

The room was immaculate, very clean, and tidy. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. The breakfast was amazing every day. We don't normally eat breakfast, but the past few days spent here, it was an exception. It was that good and well thought of. Never the same one! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! They helped us book everything and recommended wonderful places to eat or to enjoy the scenery. They made our stay very relaxing! The place was located in the middle of everything, I guess. You can walk to the main town, Fira, in about 10 minutes. We rented a car and it was accessible to everything. You can find mini marts and lovely restaurants just around the corner! Highly recommend 👌

Absolutely stunning! Me and my boyfriend stayed 5 nights in Emerald collection suites and.. wow! The room is super comfy, with a fridge, towels, sofa, space for luggage and air conditioning. Breakfast was fantastic! Maria helped us in everything. Despite the fact that we are vegan, she prepared a different vegan breakfast for us every single morning. Best breakfast of my life!! 🤩 She gave us useful info about everything and how to move around the island. A real sweetheart! Thank you Maria, for everything and to make our staying in Santorini a dream.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
