The view is the king here with respect what you see from your balcony. Faces the river and it's beautiful. Location is off the city and needs a very expert driver to make drive to the hotel. The roads to the hotel is steep and have hairpin bends. The staff was nice and warm. The food was the best we had in Srilanka. So the food lay is pretty decent too. They do not have a lift, so people with walking disabilities or elderly make sure to get a ground floor room. Overall rooms were average, food was ok, staff was nice and view was fabulous. Take your pick.

The location is good.. you have enough parking space. Rooms very good.. clean and confatable. Can say all facility available inside room. Restaurant also available . You can have you meal there. Nice view. Friendly staff superb. But swimming pool not much good.. it's not clean and I think no one clean it daily. Its 1.2 m deep and not good for kids. Pool area not clean. If they think little bit more about pool.. it will be a advantage to the hotel.

one of the best hotels i have been in Kandy with a great service and friendly staff. situated close to Mahaweli river which adds a scenic view for the room. Very reasonable prices compared to others. Food and beverages are top notch. highly recommended hotel for both locals and foreigners.

room was excellent and food was okay but if you need something to your room you better ask it twice because, they don't listen to you for the first time. i asked for a coffee mate for my room through room service and i was waiting almost 20 min and then i went to their reception to ask it and within 2min i got it, pool was dirty and smelly,because the water filter was not switched on and after we complain it they don't even care about it. we sat for dinner at 7pm and we gave our orders on the same time and we ask them to serve food at 9 pm.but we got half of our orders at 9.20 and the other things served at about 9.45 till that time two people didn't had anything to eat. Hot water shower is not working properly they said to turn on the switch 20 min before having a wash but hot water is there for 5 min only. if you are willing to visit this place hae food from outside and rooms are good and clean

The Hotel is in Kandy with easy access to all the points in town. Rooms given to us were extremely clean and had easy access to Wi-Fi. People who take non-veg food will enjoy it thoroughly; however, someone who takes only vegetarian food may have limited choice. Overall experience was memorable!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
