Nice location close to the market and river. Could use another pillow for the beds, but otherwise it was fine. Hot water is very nice. Pool is a nice temperature. Lots of pool chairs around for you to use. Breakfast was ok.

We really enjoyed our time here. The location, pool, bikes, & staff were all top notch. It was great to have a relaxing, quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of old town, but also convenient to be less than a five minute walk away. We did find the rooms a bit loud in the evening and would have liked something better than the instant coffee that’s provided with breakfast. Those were really small inconveniences for an overall wonderful stay. If we ever return to Hoi An, we’ll definitely be back!

Probably the best stay in Vietnam so far. Perfectly located close to everything you need and want to see in Hoi An. Exceptionally friendly service, especially Tuan and the ladies at the spa. Breakfast buffet is great, as well as the pool setup and views.

Stayed here for 4 days. Wonderful experience. White building with many palms. Beautiful pool which is a very good chill-out spot. The location is good. Located in a small and quiet lane beside the river. Less than 10 mins by walk to ther old town and about 5 mins to the night market. The resort has bicycles that can be borrowed by guests. The variety for breakfast is acceptable. Inside the room there are two umbrellas in the wardrobe. Very useful during the raining season.

The hotel is great! It’s clean, the rooms are nice and the view on the pool and garden is really nice! It’s also well positionned, close to everything yet far away to be calm. The rooms’ sound insolation is quite poor, though, I hope you’re an early bird ! The breakfast was also very good. We also tried the spa, the massage was great and the staff was very nice ! Then, there’s the hotel restaurant. Caught by pouring rain, we tried it one evening. First off, everything is very expensive. Then we waited about an hour for food of low quality that wasn’t cooked correctly (we asked for rare steak and go a shoe sole). The staff traded it for « triple burger » that consisted of 3 ridiculous burgers with burned steak (again) for something like 240.000d (10$ lol). It looks like low quality pre-made frozen dishes if I’m being honest. All in all, do come here for the good hotel and nice staff, do not come to the restaurant. If it rains, get a raincoat or some food delivered.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
