Just behind Astoria so accessing the beach is just a short walk. Located in station 1 and along the main road. Booked my room through Agoda and got it for 1.8k per night. Elevator was not working as of writing this review. Room was small (really just the bed) and no ammenities on site. But if you plan and spending time mostly outside and at the same price i got it, id say go for it

The place was very affordable and got some friendly staff. The room is clean as well. Looking for a cheap stay with easy access to station 1 and the highway, this is a place you want to consider. Though globe in some rooms is quite slow though smart is manageable. You can stay at the veranda if you would want to work.

I had the best experience here during our Boracay trip. All the staff are respectful and their response is super quick to room service. They gave us free breakfast along with the super affordable room rates. They were so flexible about our booking dates because of the COVID-19 restrictions. They are simply the best. They have fully equiped rooms with your own fridge, bathtub, separate toilet and bath, remote controlled AC, TV, and clean beds. They are located in station 1 and it's only a 1-minute walk to the beach. They are near the place where people who want to go island hopping need to get to. Walang lumot sa dalampasigan kahit sobrang pangit pa din sa station 2 and 3 that time. I will 100% stay here again for my next Bora trip.

A comfortable place to stay in boracay for short period of time. Very accomodating staffs, very comfortable bed and pillows, free complimentary breakfast, fast/ strong internet esp. in room 310 ( family room for 4).Near Station 1. I would recommend this place for people on a budget but can experience a comfort of a 5 star hotel .. BTW they have a tub for those who want to relax while dipping on a warm water.

My stay n this hotel is worst. Elevator is not working I am on the 3rd floor, wifi is so slow even the pressure of the water is slow. I am not happy and will not recommend to anyone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
