One of the best hotel in Baku, 10/10 staff and service. Especially Qurban(Manager) is fantastic. He is helpful and friendly person. Late check out and early check in is not an issue. They accommodate guests in every possible way they can. It is very close to club areas and from here to the city center you can use a bolt which won't charge you more than 2 or 3 manat. The rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is perfect.. best part is breakfast timing, if you request them, they will provide the breakfast in room + till 2pm you can order breakfast..

Terribly, I am stayed 3 nights here with my wife , all staff and manager are poor guys . They picked our passports in 1 st day ,then vacate time they ask more money for passport return. Never stay here with family In reception vacate time all are fighting for their passports

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
