Traveled to Rio from Florida (USA), and stayed at the Emiliano for 6 days and it did not disappoint. We were treated by a very helpful staff, and even though the staff changed out, they all had a great attitude and provided excellent service. Our room wasn’t ready, so we showered in the spa and went out to enjoy the city. The roof top pool is amazing, has excellent views and bar service. The hotel has its own beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach with towel service. We did not try the restaurant until the end of our trip and wish we had earlier. Great breakfast and dinner. Excellent breads baked in house. The CONS/criticisms were few and far between, but here they are: the rooms and facility are starting to show their age. Some cheap cover ups, but I suspend a renovation will be needed soon. Also, they charge you for the espresso in your room. Both of these things did not take away from the trip, but worth mentioning. Hard to imagine staying anywhere else! Great job Emiliano!

We stayed 3 nights here. First night we were late arriving and got a room at the rear. It was nice. We then changed to a front facing room which was nicer and had great views. We were super impressed with this hotel. Aside from the location and the rooms, including the very impressive green walls in the dining room. The service by the very friendly and useful staff was 10/10. Would stay stay again. The heated toilet seats were a pleasant surprise!

Rude pretentious front desk staff. I was a guest at the Fasano hotel who decided to try a different hotel. I came for Sunday brunch and was underwhelmed but wouldn’t have said anything if it wasn’t for the front desk staff. I was looking to extend my stay in Brazil and was shopping for other design forward hotels. I asked the front desk if it would be possible to see the pool area or take a look at a room and she was super unfriendly. She told me no with a terrible attitude. Even though the hotel was not fully booked. Not impressed. And super offended by her tone. Some people don’t need to be at the front of house. That being said I extended my stay at the Fasano hotel. Superior service.

Fantastic hotel! The staff is really what makes it. We stayed for 2 nights and wish we stayed more. The beds are comfortable, shower is fantastic and the toilet is cool! breakfast is incredible and we opted to use the Spa as well which was okay. The Spa: My wifes masseuse was clearly new and wasn't quite sure what was going on which led to a very interrupted and not relaxing massage. She also kept running back and forth to get the oils instead of just keeping them next to her. A bit disappointing considering the cost. Carlos on the breakfast staff was great, we had him for both our days and he helped us out so much when we weren't feeling good during breakfast (too many caipiriñas the night before). We asked if we could take some bread and cheese back to our room and instead he delivered a full spread! It's service like him that make this hotel a 5 star. The rooftop bar closes at 8pm which means you can't enjoy evening cocktails.

We went to the restaurant on Friday to experience the Daily Menu for lunch. It was a fun and explorative experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the staff was friendly, and the desserts were fantastic. We would return just to eat all the desserts again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
