Great hotel. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options to explore, from local to more traditional western tastes. The gym is solid. The wifi is stable and fast. Staff is friendly and try hard, the front desk speaks passable English. Great, central location walkable distance to many attractions. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I stayed here in October for a few nights and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. It's in a good location- walking distance to the Forbidden City, shopping and lots of restaurants. The room was very well appointed. The bathroom was really nice, especially the shower, lots of hot water and great water pressure. The food was fantastic. They have a very large buffet in the lobby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is reasonably priced and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

- Great location right on Wang Fu Jin with Line 8 subway right across the street. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Breakfast was good. - Partnered tour offers 3 available routes with English speaking guides, which is genuine and very professional. - Rooms themselves are comfortable and spacious, but are a little old and could be better maintained. Bathroom didn't include disposible shavers, only had liquid soap, and needed better lighting. - Wouldn't stop cleaning our room even when we turned on the "do not disturb" button. Would have given better rating if not for that. 4 Star hotel.

Quite an old hotel. The rooms are quite in need of renovation. There are in particularly a few rooms facing inwards & poolward which have very poor views, if you want to see stuff you'll have to avoid these. The lobby is probably the most impressive part. Overall not too bad of a hotel though, lots of different things you can easily get in your room (but they charge for almost every item).

Nothing special... The staffs doesn't speak English and is basically unable to support you in any single query even if you translate your questions in the local language! The check-out takes ages, and they tempestively add extra charges to your bills! +Pros+ The location is quite optimal for touristic visits. The buffet is a quite reasonable charge and is definitely full of choices. The staffs at the buffet is much more polite than the receptionist!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
