        Thank you for the hotel's arrangement of a birthday cake and heartfelt wishes for my family. We can feel the hotel's dedication. Not only does it have an excellent location for accommodation, a rich breakfast, and beautiful spacious rooms with a great view, but the staff also exhibit a warm and attentive service. Having traveled to many countries, this hotel has left a deep impression on me. Once again, I appreciate the hotel's thoughtfulness.

        Emporium Suites by Chatrium Location, location, location, and then service. The Emporium Suites might have the best location for serviced apartments in Bangkok. It is located above the Emporium Shopping Mall (1st location), which have a good selection of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and a great supermarket; and it is connected to another mall, the EmQuartier Shopping Mall (2nd location) with its many great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops, and another branch of the great supermarket in Emporium. The Suites are also just next to a public park, which is remarkably beautiful; and just after the park yet another shopping mall, The EmSphere (3rd location). Now we come to the Suites and to the service part. The people working here and the way they take care of you and try to serve you is commendable. The Guest Service Manager, Mr. Takayuki Yamamoto, is always there near the front desk to offer his service and assistance. The breakfast staff are extremely friendly and helpful. And every one who works there is polite and helpful. But, and this is a very small but, house keeping needs to be looked at; because it seems that the service provided by that part of the staff depends on the person, and it needs to have one standard regardless of the person. We were very lucky to have a remarkable lady who took care of our apartment and provided top notch housekeeping 5 days a week, but on Fridays and Saturdays when that nice lady was not working we got less remarkable housekeeping. The Suite itself is a mixed experience. We stayed in the 3 Bedroom Suite, and it was spacious with a very nice balcony and a killer view. The rooms are very nice and the living area is beautiful. But the bathrooms and the kitchen are in need of renovation. The location of the washing machine in the bathroom shared between the second and third rooms is not a great choice, its noise bothers the two rooms and you have to disturb whom ever in these rooms when ever you have to use it or check on it. The kitchen ware provided raises many question marks?? It is a 3 bedroom suite with 5 people, and they provided us with 12 wine glasses (and we don’t even drink wine), but only 2 cups ?!!? And then there is the tainted glass doors and part of the walls; although it looks really nice, it is not at all functional; if someone is in the living area and has the lights on, the light will go into all the rooms and if you need total darkness to sleep, just forget that you will have that. Also, if the curtains in the living area are open, as soon as the sun is up you will feel that it is there with you in every room. The most important question is: will we come back here again when we visit Bangkok again? And the answer is: we would not even think of going anywhere else. The Good: - Great location, above and next to 3 malls. - Great service and great people. - Very nice suites and amenities. The swimming pool area is remarkable. - Nice buffet breakfast. - Good suite size. - The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The Bad: - The additional one month deposit is a little bit much! You stay for one month but you pay for two, and the refund takes sometime. - The elevators need to have a fan in it, it is always hot. - The location of the washing machine in the bathroom is wrong, it should be moved to the kitchen, and it is always better to have separate washer and dryer rather than the 2-in-1 machine. - The kitchen needs renovation and kitchen ware type and quantity should be reconsidered. - The tainted glass doors and walls should be reconsidered. .Peace.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional; great location, beautiful pool, great gym area, spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable roomy suites.         The Emporium group is the biggest in Bangkok and in Sukhumvit it was on full display. The hotel is a bit old but the maintenance is good. The staff is efficient and service is excellent. The amazing thing about this hotel is it's design and location, its a hotel along a mall. So you will have plenty of time exploring the mall and shopping around. The design of the building is excellent in a way there is one door that leads you to a very high end luxury mall called Em square that has all the world's luxury brand stores, gourmet market (supermarket), play and food stores. Then it connects through a walkway to another mall called Emquartier which is on the other side of the road but can be walked through this walkway directly (it's like a bridging road) and have all the time exploring the mall and shopping and eating or just chilling around. They have the best of the brands and best restaurants. The food is carefully priced (comparatively cheaper) compared to other cities in other countries. But the quality is top notch. Then the area around offers so much to explore and experience about.
