        Dirty rooms, smelling urine. Hairs on the floors, no utensils in the kitchen. Very good location and cheap. So if you are poor you have no choice but to live this misery otherwise go somewhere more descent that makes you feel you are a respected human beeing that deserves basic standards of hygiene and hospitality.

        Horrible. Chambre sale (insectes, boites à rat, moisissures) inconfortable (lit une place vendu pour un 2 places, matelas inconfortable), bruyant (mur fin, on entendait tout, chaques portes ouvertes et fermées faisaient trembler les murs) : a fuir! _____ A very bad experience. To make it clear : dirty, the room are disgusting . rat boxes in front of the door, insects smash on the wall's room, mold in the bathroom and smelling urine. Very noisy too! The walls are very thin so you could hear every word that people in other rooms said, and every door slaming. Plus, There is a huge construction site next to the accommodation beginning early in the morning so it is quite difficult to sleep. it's not an hotel but a student room. No bin inside the room. It was a one size bed but certainly not a two size bed like they anounced us. The bed was awful, so uncomfortable. Their customer service is impossible to reach. They only contact you before arrival to get your money and that's it. After your payment no one is even concerned if you're having any difficulties within your stay. My advice : run away of this place and search for a true hotel who will treat you right!!!

        It doesn’t even deserve a star. Dirty, disgusting, smelling and unhygienic hotel. There was mold in the bathroom I couldn’t even take a shower. I heard the sound of rats when I tried to go to sleep. The staff was intimidating. We booked for several nights but it was impossible to stay there so we just already left. It was the worst experience ever, I had never felt that insecure before.

        horrendous place. dirty carpets, strong smell of urine in the bathroom. charged £50 deposit for the possible damage to the property in July. still zero information or communication. never ever ever make a mistake by staying there.

        if you're poor stay here. if you look for comfort after traveling stay away from this place. lots of insect, they charge for cleaning up the room but they did not do, the bed si awfull unless you have a back made of iron. this is a student room. with the same price better stay at ibis or travelodge

          Booking Policy

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
