I'm super happy with this hotel for my stay in Seoul. It's quite a drive from the airport, but so centrally located within the city that plenty of landmarks as well as other things to see and do are very convenient - some within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, and include a kettle with instant coffee provisions, a small refrigerator, desk, couch, and safe. (A microwave would have been nice, but that's a very minor complaint.) The bed is very comfortable. All interactions with the staff have been positive; they have been kind and very helpful. My only real complaint is that the plumbing(?) in the ceiling, seemingly related to the heating/cooling system, is actually kind of loud and it's running ALL THE TIME. And it's not isolated to my room - I haven't used the heat or the AC since arriving and the pipes in the ceiling are gurgling and hissing non-stop.

The hotel is clean, spacious and near to metro.. Housekeeping did a superb job to ensure our comfortableness and provide us the best hospitality. The front desk staff are helpful. They are attentive, and responsive. Thank you very much for making our stay a pleasant one!!!! My children would very much wanted to come back again. They said the hotel staff provided us a six star excellent service!!!!

Great location, very convenient. The hotel room is clean and spacious compared to others. The only small complaint is that the water noise from the bathroom can be quite loud at night. So for light sleepers may cause issues. Be sure to keep the bathroom sliding door closed.

Wow! This was such a great choice. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and make the check in / check out process timely and smooth. The rooms are immaculately clean. And where do I even start with the beds… most comfortable bed (including comforter and pillows) that I’ve ever had in a hotel. If I ever come back to Seoul, I will most definitely be staying here. Also a short walk to Myeongdong and other great areas of the city.

The hotel is located near the metro station (City Hall) Entrance / Exit 9. Very convenient and lots of amenities nearby. The rooms are well lit, well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel Manager Andy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, proactive and always with a smile. Highly recommend staying at this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
