* Horrible wifi * No duvet/blankets, just fleece throws. * No room cleaning for a whole week * Impossible to talk to the manager. The staffs do not speak English, and refuse to provide anything (replacement towels, enough fleece throws, enough soap, etc) * The room smells like mold. * The water could stop in the middle of taking a shower. * The ADO station next to the window has a loud noise every night until 1am past midnight.

Do NOT stay here if you want consistent; Wifi, Hot water, Electricity (AC), or Pool as the filter broke multiple times making the water green. Great location, but older building not well maintained or functioning well enough for the price. Stayed in Unit #17 the owner was terrible to deal with. The front desk people were really nice, the location is great.

2023 update: The internet in the building disconnects / resets every 15 minutes or so. If you are doing online mettings (zoom etc) these will drop, basically its not usable. There was this teacher lady doing her job from the lobby as that was the only place with a stable connection. The rooftop pool is always green (pictures attached) and there are only 4 sun loungers but half of them are broken. The maintenance in the building is 0. Terrible smell from the bathroom drains. We put wet paper towels on them in ordet to keep it out, it worked. For the rooms, it depends on your luck, the pictures are old and dont show major problems like windows not closing. Also every saturday some locals come in and have their 4am party with a speaker in the common middle area of the ground floor. People working the reception know them and wont help if you complain. Then there the ADO bus stop right next to it so thats gonna be noise if you are on that side. Also a lot of buzzing noises from the ACs on top of the building as they are very old. Low water pressure and the water itself had a bad smell at times. We washed oir teeth with at night but the next morning the feeling was just aweful when you woke up.

The location is great, right behind Walmart and since the room had a full kitchen we were able to buy food for our entire stay. Housekeeping service was great as well, they did a great job! Maintenance team was also quick at responding - albeit; they did need to come for a number of issues: the refrigerator stopped working a couple of times, the door knob was loose when we got there (screws were sticking out, you could tell it was patched up a couple of time so much that the wooden door could no longer hold the screws). The electric range had two very slow burners(7-10 minutes to warm up).

We rented 3 two bdrm apartments all with access to their own private rooftop lounge area & direct access to the rooftop pool. All had kitchens with fridges & one had a washer and dryer. Most importantly I felt safe there. Staff was very accommodating & friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
