I can’t say enough good things about the Enderun Hotel and its staff. The decor recalls an earlier time when travelling was very luxurious and add into this all the modern conveniences of a present-day hotel. The property is situated in a little enclave of its own and once within the boundary you can enjoy the quiet green garden space beside the lovely breakfast pavilion—unusual space compared to the other hotels that I saw in the area. The range of items on offer at breakfast in the pavilion is enormous—from hot food, to cereals and a range of breads, jams, cold meats, cheeses, juices teas and coffees. It suits every diet through vegetarian and vegan - all to be enjoyed with a bright view over the garden. The property is very well situated (15-min walking distance) near Istanbul’s old town and the iconic landmarks there. And once the visitor is ready to go further afield, the tram and metro station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel also. Lastly, I need to mention the staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was a problem. They had excellent knowledge about the trips on offer and arranged pickups and drop offs for us so we could concentrate on relaxing and touring without any stress.

This is the second time I am staying at Enderun. I have come back because the hotel is well situated, it is comfortable walking distance to Hagia Sofia and other historical treasures. Today I took metro and it was also easy to walk to it. The staff is polite and helpful and they take good care of this truly historical building. The hotel offers excellent breakfast with fresh and tasty food. I feel safe here and that is very important to me as I travel on my own. It has a personal touch and I will definitely come back.

We stayed almost a week at the hotel and we loved our stay there. The location is really convenient with walking distance to the tramline as well as many attractions like the grand bazaar, the old city, several old mosques, Turkish baths etc. The hotel breakfast is very good and gives you a good start for a busy day. I especially want to mention the staff who really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were also very helpful with arranging tours and helping us find the best ways to get to locations in the city We would love to visit Istanbul again and if we do we would definitely stay at Enderun again.

I don’t know if my review will actually be posted since I am aware that certain reviews giving honest poor reviews seem to be “lost” This hotel is clean and decent if you’re looking to have a clean bed and shower and planning to be out all day. Pricing is fair but for a little bit extra you could get much better accommodation. Although close to the tourist sites, the hotel is located in a dodgy area so don’t go walking alone at night. Breakfast is average- nothing worth rushing to or losing out on. My poor rating is specifically based on the hotel tour and transport that was arranged for us and the response( or lack thereof) from the hotel. We spent n entire day on a tour to Bursa that didn’t speak a world of English…the hotel manager was well aware of our language requirement. Airport transportation arranged by them resulted in us missing our flight and our entire family had to rebook new tickets at an enormous cost. This after we requested that we depart from the hotel to the airport earlier and the hotel manager insisted that leaving an hour later would be sufficient time. We paid the cost to n cash ( as they insisted on cash only) at the hotel and when we left the hotel the driver asked for more money to get us there quicker. When we contacted the hotel to ask them what this meant they told us not to pay anything extra and they would speak to the driver still insisting that we were panicking for nothing. After missing our flight and appealing to the hotel for some kind compensation towards this… they have ignored all of our communication. Extremely poor attitude and shows their real interest in their guests

Great hotel, I felt like I was visiting a family home. Good breakfast, clean rooms, front desk was very friendly and kind to my jet lagged self. The gym is enough to give you a good stretch. I wish the spa room was free but it didn’t take away from the experience. They arranged the airport transfer and let us add an extra person last minute.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
