My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved this hotel for the spacious and beautifully designed rooms, the friendly and welcoming staff, and the amazing mornings / evenings on the balcony. The breakfast is made to order and delicious - such an extensive menu! The sunset view from this hotel is MAGICAL. We canceled a couple sunset dinners elsewhere because we realized that the hotel itself has even better sunset views on our private terrace. The hotel had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend for a romantic and memorable stay!

The hotel is located at the best possible place in Santorini, with stunning views of the Caldera and the sunset. The suites are all brand new, renovated in Bohemian minimal design. The staff was impeccable. Chrysa and Nancy were very helpful and we were impressed by their efforts to assist us. Last but not least, the breakfast was served at our balcony and was of the highest standards. In the near future, we will definitely be returning! Thanks for everything!

Enigma Suites did not disappoint and was worth every dollar! We stayed here for 3 days and we’re thoroughly impressed. The staff helped us get off the ferry and get our heavy bags all the way to the room. The room has breathtaking views and was beautifully designed and decorated. The best part about Enigma though is the location. Right in the heart of Fira, so easily accessible from anywhere. The room was also a perfect escape from the hordes of tourists in Santorini and a great place to relax and enjoy the views. If you’re visiting Santorini, you need to stay here!

This place was WOW - All 5 stars for everything, location, service and overall experience. Everything was walkable and communication was great. View from the room was beautiful, and the cave room itself was a great experience. Loved the welcome bottle of wine, the staff was so nice and pleasant to deal with, they went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. TOTALLY RECOMMEND - going back there again soon.

After 8 years I returned to the same hotel. This time the impressions were even better. The hotel has been completely renovated leaving you with a very nice atmosphere. The attention to detail cannot be hidden, raising the standards to a higher level. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices to satisfy every appetite. Lastly but not least, the service was exceptional!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
