Had a wonderful holiday with our daughter and granddaughter whose highlight was the communal pool. Apartment was as per photos and inventory. Lift a little small with luggage but we sorted it out and had lots of exercise with the stairs. Cannot fault the level of service with the staff, any little niggle was dealt with promptly. Used the facility to leave luggage prior to apartment being available. Would certainly recommend and hope to return in the future

The staff avilablity was fantastic. They helped us and were very helpful using whatsapp. The apartment itself is very well located and looks luxsury, but it must have a new spray for Insect control. We saw a few and it wasn't nice. Moreover, for that money we would expect to have an extra blanket when we asked for or more toilet paper and soap when we asked for, but I can understand it is not included a room service.

Beautiful place. Ideal location, clean spacious and well stocked. Nuria, Marc and Mario communicated perfectly with us and ensured we had everything we needed. We will return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Very nice, modern, clean apartment in a great location. Enjoybcn staff were extremely responsive and helpful on many occasions. Electricity and A/C worked well, as did all appliances. Very easy to get a taxi or Uber just steps from the door. Only minor issue we had was that both showers would not drain to the point of overflow if we did not turn off the water. Staff was quick to fix the first one, but unfortunately it happened again to both showers on our last night. Despite this, I would highly recommend this apartment and Enjoybcn, as I'm sure these issues will be resolved quickly.

We had a great time in a lovely, clean, well maintained and equipped/furnished, well positioned and quiet appartment, with a cooling pool, in the gothic quarter. Perfect for a family of six, including four teenagers. Very friendly and responsive, unintrustive hosts. Thank you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
