Cool bar. Nice food. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. You need to improve on your reception. I waited 5 minutes for the female guard who sleeps on guests' couch to wake up and open the reception door and a further ten to wake up a moody receptionist . Please improve on this area. Reception is the face and heartbeat of any hotel.

Service was slow, i waited for 21 minutes before a waiter came. I had even asked one as she passed me to serve a customer sitting behind me who came in after me to serve me but she never came back. When one finally came i asked her why she hadn't served me and she said she saw i was busy. Really? But the snack was delish and i loved the salad. Had planned to eat a meal but could wait for another 20 mins.

This is a nice hotel opposite Jeevanjee gardens offering delicacies like their signature soup, and other foods. Alcoholic drinks also available and a smoking zone at the terrace. The service is a bit slow though, we waited for our bill for close to an hour.

Had an issue booking with Expedia because this hotel told be when I (tried to) check in that they cancelled their Expedia contract some time ago. However the staff were very empathetic and I really applaud them for that. Stayed in their Premier Suite. Slightly awkward breakfast service when we were told we could only have one sausage. This wasn't a problem but we found it quite odd. The location is really central with lots of amenity around it. Primarily for the location and the empathetic check in staff I would stay here again.

Average hotel. Only Advantage its located in city center. Room # 8 & 9 were horrible, too much sound from out side. There is a bar & Restaurant on ground floor, too much noise of music from bar & too much smell of cooking from restaurant. Water heater problem. Lights were too dim, one cannot read and write in the room lights.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
