Under normal circumstances this place would barely make two stars. It's old, cramped, shared bathrooms, etc. But as living space in London is insanely expensive this hotel seems to do it's best to offer at least some value for what's considered a low price in this area. So this review is relative to this situation. The hotel is located in a good spot. Close to Victoria station. It's easy to find and check in worked flawlessly. The room is small but there's enough space to move around. The bed could do with a fresh mattress as it has a massive crater in the middle. Sheets where clean and the cleaners took care of our room every day. There was no toilet or shower in the room Instead you will find spartan toilets and showers around the building. Those did the job. Hot water was readily available and we where usually quite lucky to get a shower when we needed it. There's a small sink in the room. So ... it's overall OK. I hate to think about what the same amount of money buys in a different area but that's pointless. I'd recommend this place if you're on a tight budget and in need for a central location and you may also be willing to take a bit of a hit on comfort.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed. Microscopic and very dark room, worn and barely cleaned carpet all over the floor. The common areas are obviously not well cleaned either, so I'll spare you the details... The price is obscene for the service offered! Hotel to be avoided absolutely!

Uncomfortably (too) small rooms, particularly for the price. Bathrooms need to be fixed, they are dingy and smelly, plus they should build them with real walls and flooring as they are plastic and flimsy.. finally don't paint them urine yellow! The 2 twin room i was in was too small for 2 people..the TV cable system is awful, it was not fixed the entire week that I stayed here. The keyhole on the door allows anyone to be able to peek into the room unless the key us inserted.. The only positive is the location, very easy to walk to Victoria train station and Victoria bus station..I would not stay here again and would discourage anyone I knew that was coming yo London to stay here..

This hotel is definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I think it’s a fire hazard aswell as in you can’t even open the doors because all the doors are old door locks. They even put the price very high for dirty small room and staff are rude and unhelpful they leave you helpless and uncomfortable 😣 I don’t understand how this hotel has passed safety risk honestly concerning. This deserves no star.

I don’t suggest. Stayed in double bedroom. Mentioned in website wile booking including breakfast but they don’t provide breakfast. Negative- No Wi-Fi strength, no toiletries, very smelly room, window no able to close so air plane sound and road sound. Positive - neat toilet and bedroom

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
