We had a fantastic stay at the Enterprise Hotel our highlight being the breakfast! I enjoyed the inclusion of a bidet and the shower had fantastic pressure. The heated towel rail however was not working. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well, the only issue was that the room got quite hot, and we visited at the beginning of January. Apparently because of local policy there is power restrictions on air conditioning, which was not an issue during the day when we could have the windows open to cool the room, however at night we could not leave them open because of the road noise. You do have to pay a €150 deposit which I am still waiting to clear from my card (three weeks later), perhaps pay in cash so you can get it back immediately when you check out. There is also a city tax that you'll be required to pay on checkout. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the main city centre, but you can take the tram in easily enough. The breakfast was fantastic, they had honey comb straight from the hive it seemed! It was still on the hive frames!! Lots of fresh fruit and they'll make you a hot drink and bring it to your table, no push button machines here! Overall I would recommend a stay here!

The hotel has a unique interior design which is highly appreciated. The rooms were a mix of modern and vintage but looked very nice and were clean. We made use of the spa that the hotel has which was nice and relaxing as well

The hotel is very pleasant as are the staff, it is very quiet and I must say the lovely smell as you walk into the hotel never leaves day or night. It is a bit if a way from the centre of Milan but there is a tram right outside that will take you to the centre in approximately 20 minutes so is not a problem. I would stay again as I like peace and quite and the rooms are lovely all in all a good experience.

Located conveniently near a metro line (Domodossola) and near tram lines. The interior of the hotel is passable. The check in experience was pretty slow and lackluster. My wife and I arrived around 4pm, which might be a break time for concierge. The only person working was helping other guests, and we weren't greeted or helped until another concierge arrived back 10-15 minutes after our arrival. Housekeeping failed to refill our espresso pods and toilet paper, so had to call concierge pretty late at night when I realized we were out. Continental breakfast selection was very nice.

Excellent experience. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fantastic. I took one star off for location as it was slightly further from city central, but it was a very quiet neighborhood with fantastic restaurants around.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
