Just awful. They don't provide the airport shuttle they advertise. We stayed one night before a cruise. The connected restaurant is closed. They had some women selling way overpriced food out of a space the size of a closet. The bed was the most uncomfortable unclean bed I have ever stayed at. I paid in advance so I was trapped in this fithly dirty prison. Tiles were coming off the wall in the bathroom. The staff was friendly.. but that is really the only good thing I can say about this dump.

Spent just one night and was very pleased with the service from the front desk. Had an issue with the A/C but was resolved by the guy in the front desk. Place is outdated but my room was cleaned and beds were comfy. The price was good and if needed would definitely stay agai.

The room I stayed in smelled musty and old. It was an overnight trip and I arrived fairly late, so it wasn't worth going down and changing the room. Beware that there are several fees not detailed on the original reservation. For example, there is a room safe fee and a green fee. Neither of these can be removed/changed. There was also a parking fee which is mentioned on the booking, but the amount is not mentioned until you are checking in. These fees added up to over 20% of the per day booking amount. I wish the hotel would be more up-front with these fees prior to arrival. These fees get the nightly priceclosr to other hotels' nightly fees in the area that provide much more included amenities.

Stayed for one night, arrived at 11pm. The place was clean an loved the room. The hallway where clean and the service was excellent. The only thing I didn't give it a 5 stars was the web said it had breakfast and it didn't.

Parking fees must be added separately. The room is full of cigarette smell, there is no microwave and the service is the worst. There is also a musty smell. Also, people with sensitive ears may not be able to sleep at night because the noise of airplanes is loud. I recommend finding another hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
