Wonderful and quiet place to be. We were there for a week and we loved it! The smell on the floors were good and the apartment was lovely. Everything modern and clean. We had a terrace with beautiful view. The staff was also available through WhatsApp and responded very fast so u don’t have to worry about anything. We‘ll definitely come back if we‘re visiting Split again! Thanks to the ~Señorita.😇

We are family of 5 with 3 little kids so there were many things to consider before going anywhere. Our lovely host Lorena was kind to answer and offer solutions to all of my questions and problems. When we arrived, we felt like we came to our close family member. During our stay we had a chance to meet and spend time with Lorena and her family. They shared Split stories with us you can't read in regular travel guides. Every restaurant she recommended we absolutely LOVED (kids included). Accomodation was spotless 😍 View and soundsets breathtaking. We are going back at the end of the summer.

Everything was great! The apartments are absolutely amazing - very modern and cozy. Fully functioning kitchen, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and generally very spacious. The pool area is amazing and the view is beautiful. The area is a nice walk from the city centre, but otherwise Uber is very affordable. Zeljana was the best host! She helped with everything from information, personalised restaurant recommendations and contact to Ivana who arranged the best trips. Even the airport pickup went smoothly and with a smile, though we were delayed for more than an hour through passport control. We will definitely be back! And hopefully very soon! 🙌🏼

Very beautiful and spacious apartments with great view over the sea and city! Everything is new and in good quality and there's all you need. Washing machine, ironing board, coffee machine for capsules or filter, dishwasher, tv with netflix and flow tv. Our apartment had 2 large bedrooms each with connected large beautiful bathrooms. Kitchen with everything you need, large living room with sofa and dining table. There's lots of storage room in all rooms. There's a small pool with seawater and a beautiful terrace next to it. The apartment has a large covered balcony with table and outdoor sofabed for two. Actually feels like an extra room. Very very nice! The building is located in an area with lots of new houses being build just behind it. And there's not much to see in the area. But the beaches are just in front of the hotel and you can walk all the way to city along the beach. We booked Uber for 7 people for 10 Euros. I can only give the highest recommendations for this place and the hosts is extremely friendly and helpful as well.

Upon our arrival the hostess Zeljana was very kind and helpful regarding any questions we had. The apartment was great, very clean and comfortable, just as advertised. The beach is only a 5 min walk which was great. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be returning for sure! :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
