Lovely venue when you tire of the tourist crowd. Located in the hills above Kusadasi, in a small village ..but only 15 minutes from town! The village is surrounded by vines and orchards with forests on the hillside. All the food is grown locally...by the owner Mustafa... He and his wife ...with help... cook up a feast. They preserve their own fruit and make their own jams and pasted...as well as bread...the rooms are brilliant old world.and there is a pool. If you need a taxi ask for Talip...he is patient and friendly ...with tones of local knowledge. After staying in many hotels up the coast...this one was the best!

Lovely family run hotel in a tranquil village far away from the tourist crowds of Kusadasi and Ephesus. Whilst brown or orange sheets may not usually associated with the word boutique, look further and you'll realise how special this place is. The owners were enormously helpful, even being generous enough to give us occasional lifts as we hadn't hired a car (though there are local buses). And the food really is genuinely wonderful - so much so we are here every night. We were lucky enough to get the delicious pool with a view to ourselves, with the super friendly hotel cat always around if you wanted extra company.

I would definitely not recommend because it was exorbitant. My girlfriend booked and I didn't know in advance. By comparing price and quality, I would definitely not recommend. But staff was so kind and nice people. I'll give it that.

Ephesus Boutique Hotel is amazing hotel. The hotel is run by family run. The location is great and overlooking to Kirazli village. Relaxing hotel. Recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
