Great location and helpful staff however that’s where the positives end. The apartment I was initially given had dirty sheets. Once I’d raised the issue with the management and asked to leave and be given a refund they said they couldn’t authorise that but could change my room. The second room had blood on the towels, neighbouring guests who were shouting until midnight and the TV turned itself on twice in the night (4am and 5am). Zero effort from management to compensate for an utterly dismal stay. Shame as the staff member I spoke to initially was really helpful.

I enjoyed an extended stay at Mrs. Blodget's residence, which is owned by Epic Hotel. Everything was flawless, with a spotlessly clean apartment, peaceful surroundings, and a staff that was exceptionally pleasant.

Stayed at Epic Apart Hotel on Seel Street. The location was perfect for the city life, entertainment, drinking and a romantic getaway. The room was perfect size and had everything you could want. Our last guests the night before broke our TV which was annoying and took 1 day to sort but the epic team kindly got a new one installed and gave us an echo speaker in the meantime. This service was much appreciated and there was plenty to do outside to not need a TV. The bed was comfy and the shower was one of the most relaxing we have used. Overall a great trip and stay.

I booked via Airbnb. Pics were totally different from the room they gave us. Bathroom door broken. No lights at the entrance of the apartment. No curtain! One of us could barely sleep given that the sun was up early and was down very late. Also, beware that the hotel is in front of a strip club. Not very family friendly area…

Really awful. Tv broken, wires hanging out the wall. Wallpaper coming off the wall. Dirty smeary plates. Dirty microwave and oven. Cracked sharp tiles in bathroom floor. Dirty bathroom and bin. Dirt and dusty lights. Dirty flannel. Holes in walls. No mattress protector and stained mattress. Two single mattresses pushed together.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
