We stayed here on a complementary visit as Marriott titanium members and were upgraded as expected. While the room and property were nice, we had issues with the service and staff. We were given breakfast chits and were told that the chits could fly towards room service, and that we could simply bring them down when checking out for credit. Upon checkout, we presented the chits and were told that they could not be applied towards the bill for room service and that we’d be given double bonus points instead. In the end, these never arrived either - so we missed out on $80 in chits and 4000 bonus points. Our final bill that was emailed to us also had listed higher prices for minibar items than what were listed on the minibar. Overall, the stay was a ripoff. I would recommend other Marriott elite members avoid this particular hotel.

It was a pleasure to recently work with Norma at Epicurean Hotel for a client’s room block and scheduling their ceremony rehearsal to conveniently be before their rehearsal dinner. Norma was responsive and helpful prior to the event day making my job easier. She popped in before the rehearsal to check in and make sure we were all set. It was a breeze! I love working at Epicurean Hotel!

Booked for work. Hotel is very nice. Room was warm when we entered which is totes OK if they are trying to conserve energy ( No point in cooling rooms people aren't in.) Room also had no desk. Desk was a stand up only height with a horrible tall chair which is not great for working at for extended time. Little storage and places to put your things. Very clean, nice design and perfect for a Bice room, not great for a work trip.

Rooms are nice but no microwave to warm up food was the reason they didn’t get a 4. The service I can only speak on the minimum interaction I had which was positive except for when I went to the pool area with my own food from the outside and was redirected to go eat my food elsewhere since I didn’t buy the food from their menu, which happened to be very selective. Then having guest that actually stay at the hotel to have us pay for overnight parking was really ridiculous. That incident with the food makes me never want to book here again: The hotel is already expensive so when I have my own food, you’re telling me I can’t enjoy being around my family since the meal coming from a different place. This hotel is joke for that one. Other than that the cleanliness is there. Not a dirty hotel. Rooms are nice and the colors are nice. I think the overall design is cool too. But that interaction was not it.

Stayed for two nights over the holidays with my boyfriend, and was super impressed by this hotel and the staff! We were treated to a nice upgraded room and a bottle of Prosecco at check in, and ran into zero issues during our stay. Will definitely come back-

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
