Although we made a prepaid reservation for the hotel and paid the full price 1 month in advance, they contacted us through Booking and insistently asked for our card information. Although we stated that we did not want to give our card information and password, they had a very rude attitude. I think they are scammers, definitely an unsafe business.

I have had a night in this hotel ,, Generally it’s fine and close to the downtown .. buses stations , Metro station and many shops like restaurants and groceries. The room is enough, not that one seems big, I loved mostly the location and found it completely nice and clean. The hotel’s system was pretty and the reception prepared and finished all things at once and handed me the card and Internet information.

Really nice hotel, with an excellent location, a kind staff, a rich breakfast, comfortable rooms, daily coffee treats, everyday room cleaning, and good deals. if you plan to visit Tbilisi, this is where you will stay in comfort and ease. Strongly recommended!

Extremely rude service, especially the manager named Zuka. He replied to all our issues with sarcasm and with 0 willingness to help. Be aware and save your money. Extremely NOT recommended.

They charged me 60 lari extra just because I entered the room early. Also the attitude of the employees is bad. The rooms are clean, I have no words for it, I give it one star because of its behavior.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
