        It was a pleasant stay at the EQ as most staff and our room are of high standards. We chose king bed with the twin towers view. The found floor reception was nothing else but professional and helpful. The rooms are newly renovated and so well fitted. The 3 star for services was because of 2 matters. First, when picking up customers at the airport, please ensure that staff show that they work for EQ through ID or communications of who's picking the customer up, the name at least. I didn't feel safe when a staff picked me up at the exit but didn't show any ID, though he was most friendly and pleasant. I got an upgrade from the car option I chose but communication of the change of the type of car and brand would be much appreciated, especially for solo female traveller. I was contemplating not even entering the car because the details were inconsistent. Second, as some of the comments mentioned, the reception staff at Blue Sky bar weren't either the friendliest or the most smiley. I might not have dressed up that's probably why but either way, they might just not like their uniforms or are generally unhappy people.

        I wanted to jump down from hotel building so badly. I will never stay in this hotel anymore even if it's free. A hotel management for such a luxury hotel, yet does not know how to convey information properly. Such a disappointment and disgrace to our country imagine this kind of experience is part of holiday to our foreign visitors. A fire drill, which is a mandatory by the authority, is understandable. But, instead of informing the guest that lift will NOT be operational, the management, through the P.A. system inform the guest to resume their normal activities. Excuse me? Such a misleading information. The fire drill took place on 19-Jan-2024, around 10 in the morning. We are checking out in 2 hours time. To our horror, the lift was shut down and we were trapped in the room listening to non-stop fire alarm plus P.A. annoying announcement. It's such a distressing moment in life.

        The receptionist downstairs was very good. I got there on the first day of my Malaysia trip. and choose to go Enjoy the beautiful view from my rooftop.The staff on the rooftop looked like they only served customers who were well-dressed and looked like they had money.I feel very uncomfortable because even in good hotels in Bangkok, Thailand I have never experienced this kind of service.So my friend and I decided to get out of there as quickly as possible.After that, we chose to eat somewhere else.I have been back in Thailand for 6 days, but my feelings are still there, making me choose to come and review. I think that if there is an improvement in service, it might be a good impression because the hotel has quality. Other stories and views are already good.I was wearing a dress with high heels, which is respectful of the place, but I'm not sure what the reason was for the staff to give me and my friends such unimpressed glances.

        Very impressive hotel with good view nice food and kindly staff. We are thankful to the reservation supervisor here who is really nice and patient to help us for some tour trouble. It’s a responsible staff here. We have a good experience , will also recommend to visitor who is planning to stay KUL.
