The cleanliness of the room, with supposedly clean sheets full of hair, was a major issue for me. Additionally, being moved from room to room in the middle of the night and having new people enter already full room was also issue. This was obviously normal for them because it happened to us twice. The unexpected increase in breakfast prices on our last morning of the stay and the unhelpful attitude of the staff. Location was the only positive aspect.

Upon arrival, there was some error with the system. In the end decided to sit down cuz I was standing there for ages. Rooms look a lot nicer on the pictures than in real life. I got the twin room, got a kettle which is not working and 2 glasses, nothing else. No towels, no handsoap at least, nothing.

Overall not a bad experience for my first time in Budapest. The main issue with service was having to wait at the front desk for roughly 30-45 minutes while one employee checked in a large group and two others were on their phones or talking. Aside from that it’s in a central location which was really nice. The price is a bit up there but I didn’t regret paying it.

This hostel really isn't as bad as some people seemingly make it out to be. It's not very social, that's for sure. But the location is really good, right in the heart of Budapest's party district. The rooms are clean and the manager was very friendly, if a bit stressed. A downside is that the ensuite bathrooms aren't thoroughly cleaned daily and that while being equipped with AC, the rooms' windows are blocked.

Really nice hostel. Mohammad, the guy in reception is just amazing..well treating customers and their emotions …good human being. Even the other girl in reception was also great. She helped me finding shops with some sheer dedication…overall fantastic experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
