        Room was clean but smelled like cigaratte, which made my allergies worst. Lighting in the room not the best, overall serves its purpose of staying in a place close to everything. Walking distance of clubs, dinner, etc. Warm water in bathtub, breakfast was good, with variety.

        Hotel location near from taksim, 4 mints walk. Breakfast is good Service is poor, we spent the 7 nights requesting water and tissues every day. Room was not clean. Bathroom is old and needs maintenance. In general if u r looking for a neaby place from Taksim, look for other cheaper options.

I took grapes with watermelon in a plate, but near the elevator he took the plate from me in a strange way and ordered me to pay 20 euros. To the rooms but not that way. I worked in the largest tourist hotel in Morocco, the Conference Palace, for 30 years Like this behavior with the customer in front of other customers is very embarrassing On the 28th, I asked for salt in the reception from a boy who works with you, and on the phone I heard that for the sake of salt I have to pay. Disgraceful, never heard of it before But quickly Mrs. sevdi intervened I quickly ordered the salt for free, thank her very much This is the job of professionals as well.         It’s worthy to stay hotel and very hospitable people and cooperative staff especially Mr. Burak. He’s very active and speaking very nice Eng. always there for you and trues his level best to facilitate things for the guests. The breakfast is really delicious and the nice old lady at the service in the top roof terrace always receives the guests with motherly smile ❤️. I loved my stay at this hotel and i’d recommend it🤙🏻

        one of the most amazing hotels ive been to so far is Eresin in taksim to be honest... the staff were always nice and helpful for even the smallest stuff... and special thanks to Burak i believe was the gentlemen name he was really nice and he was really honest ! id recommend it to everyone ! the hotel rooms are clean and nice

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
