We stayed at the Eric Vökel Sagrada Familia. It was unfortunately a disaster from the beginning when we arrived the flat. It was not thoroughly cleaned the floors dirty and generally disappointing room to arrive at. Staying at the apartment for several days where the room was not cleaned once and no vacuum to do it yourself. No way of getting new towels during the stay and we was forced to wash and dry them ourselves. Went down to ask for more toilet paper but the staff said it’s not included and it’s something we needed to buy on our own. Generally the service was poor, the apartment old and worn out - the sofa bed was horrible. You were better off sleeping on the floor. Can’t say if this only applies to this specific location in Barcelona, but it’s very overpriced for the apartment, and the service was poor. But generally the standard was very low compared to other Erik Vökel apartments We previously stayed at their apartments in Copenhagen and Hamburg, where the standards of the rooms and service where much higher. Therefore we were very disappointed by the low standard of the flats and service.

Fantastic customer service. Mostly high quality room. The only downside to the Roman were that the curtains were quite thin and let streams of light in. There was also a bit of street noise. Great hotel. Would stay again.

One night stay in Eric Vökel suites was amazing. Great service, at the front desk Sasha & Adal were very helpful with a fast check-in. & Of course the lovely receptionist Sara helped us out with a fast check out. The apartment was very nice, very comfortable when travelling with family. The terrace was my favourite part, full of sunshine and perfect for sunbathing. Thank you for making me feel like home.

A perfect base from which to explore the city of Barcelona! My family had a perfect stay here, the penthouse apartment on the 6th floor has amazing views and the terrace was a delight! The whole team of Sasha, Sara, and Adal, were enthusiastic and helpful - we felt like honoured guests :) The apartment itself had powerful aircon which was needed and was clean, comfortable, and modern - the bed was huge and super comfy - not too soft nor too hard. As others have said it's not directly in the centre centre but the zone is central and has it's own charm with many lovely bars/restaurants plus right next to the Sagrada Familia and with a metro line on the doorstep of the apartments... perfect location for us.

Stayed here just for a night upon entering Spain because it was near our friends. It was a great aparthotel. The staff was super friendly. I particularly enjoyed the woman who checked us in the evening of Oct 9th. Would definitely be great for a longer stay. It was quiet, room could be made dark and the air conditioner was great. It was quite large. King bed for us and 2 twin beds for children. Bathroom separate from both. Secure, clean, nice decor and very comfortable beds and pillows. I would just note that the elevator stops in between floors so you do have to walk down a few steps with luggage if that is an issue. The clerk let us know to go one floor above ours so we could walk down with luggage instead of up. Lots of options for food nearby. I was too tired to remember to takes picture but photos online were accurate.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
