This place is the worst place I ever visited. Booked for 3 nights, there were no receptionist. Had to walk to another hotel in 500m, checked in, and walked back to Erin Hotel. Not forgetting the luggages. The room itself is super moldy, old, and dirty. Paid for TWD20,000 and guess what, we did not stay and leave the hotel immediately. We ended up paying extras to stay at another decent hotel. Contacted the hotel and wanting a refund as we didn't stay at all, they mentioned about their "no refund policy". It is very unfair as we did not stay but happy to pay for the first night. This is how bad it is. Do not stay at this hotel.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Taipei. It’s very convenient, near an MRT entrance and city bus station. There are many nice restaurants, bakery, hair salon, movie theater and 24-hour convenience stores nearby. The hotel front desk people are always nice and courteous. This past visit, I stayed there for about 2 months. Two of the staff, Mr. Lee were very helpful. They always do their best to help me, such as fixing loose doorknobs, changing light bulbs, guiding street directions, calling Ubers, etc. with a lot of attention to make sure that customers are satisfied. The hotel has older decor, but they keep it clean. I would like to recommend this hotel because of its location and the staff's hospitality, I would give it 5 stars.

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star at ALL!! The price was so expensive and the place was not clean at all!! Their excuse was they had sprayed chemical for the bugs to disinfect the place, but that is not a correct reason, I had to still wait for my room, which means it was suppose to be checked if the place is clean. Went to another room still the same issue.

Location is excellent. Very close to the train station. Literally 2 stops from central taipei. So if you're coming from the airport it's a pretty quick train ride and short walk (less than 5 mins). The first time I stayed here was 2019 and it was excellent. And coming back in 2023, I checked the reviews before booking and was shocked to see the poor reviews. Maybe I'm not fussy? Because this time in 2023, the front desk person is even more nicer and courteous than the last. The rooms if anything to complain about just have old deco and a wee bit dusty. But that's it. The size and comfort of the room and toilet. The service of the lovely and helpful staff. Their cute gold lift. The convenience of its location and not to mention the PRICE??? So affordable. Makes this hotel a 5 out of 5 for me. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! Also, to add, my group are not fluent in mandarin and their front desk guy was so helpful we used Google translate to communicate to each other patiently, as his English is a bit limited. They allow us to leave our bags as we came early than check in time. Also took care of our bags after we checked out as we wanted to walk around some more before our HSR to Kaohsiung. The hotel is so close to small restoraunts, hair saloon, bakery, 7eleven, family mart nearby. An uncle selling the flaky flat bread. Not much have change since I last been there and it's just oh so lovely and charming.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
