Unique and very spacious hotel, though very quite and not many people around. We enjoyed the pool and beach very much. The room and service were also worth the price. Overall, we had no complaint and spent an enjoyable staycation there

The hotel is a great spot for a weekend getaway, especially away from the highly commercial Saadiyat island. The facilities are great, and the rooms offer a comfortable stay. Service and hygiene are great, which obviously are very important. The best thing about the hotel is the food. All meals were amazing especially Rimal. I would come again.

Very disappointing and certainly never again, never experienced this level of poor service in any hotel in the world as bad as this one. Pools ran out of towels and us among others didn't have towels in the middle of the day and kept freezing for 1.5hours til they brought us. You would be lucky if any staff came around the pool to place any order they have buttons next to the beach bed that don't work. On check-in they took forever to bring our luggage and kept asking how many were they we were worried they lost it, and can't mention the shattaf that kept dripping in the toilet. Would have rather staying at home at NYE than to experience this level of frustration. And we have expressed our complaints on all of the above without any care or reactions from the staff.

Visited Erth for first time and won’t be the last. The staff is very attentive, I have to point out few names - Rohan, Gimhani at reception and Mandeep who served us at the pool bar. Pool is incredible, with very nice new sun beds and you can order from wide variety of drinks and snacks. Thank you for a lovely relaxing day, I will be definitely back soon!
