This is a budget friendly hotel. I love how they welcome their guests with a smile. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. Also they are well trained and very accommodating. I love how friendly the staff are and the room are very clean and fresh and also the food is very delicious. The amenities of this hotel are very clean and well maintained. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

This hotel has been a great experience. They offer excellent services. From greetings to accommodation, and wonderful staff. The rooms were also comfortable, and you could spend most of your time in them. And last but not the least, this hotel is exceeding all our expectations.

I’m not happy for that very long explanation of their hotel policy when you arrive, they just really took your time to explain many things that a common sense should already do. People just want to relax when they arrive after a long trip and not to have a time consuming lecture. Overall just nice rooms and hopefully you put guiding numbers for all the rooms. By the way elevator is not working so you need to use stairs.

This hotel is a budget-friendly hotel. I stayed here last week. FO staff is very accommodating and also the other staff. The room is nice and and the foods are excellent. They also have a pool bar where it's nice to unwind and chill. All in all my stay was very convenient. I'll surely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
