The front desk lady is amazing. She is polite, patient and professional, BUT this still does not save this Hyatt hotel. We reserved a two-bedroom king/king suit for Christmas but did not receive any email or notice until we arrived at the hotel and were told the suit was in maintenance so unavailable. The lady helped us switch to two separate King bedrooms BUT！There is an alive cockroach in the bathroom(room 213), and also dirty yellow area on the bed sheet.... This is the first time I see a cockroach in a hotel. And an alive one. And in a HYATT. I am speechless...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and felt right at home. The hotel was clean, modern, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and luxurious linens. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a large bathtub and high-end toiletries. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like a coffee maker and mini-fridge. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. But I have to admit, I was so comfortable in my room that I didn't want to leave! Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious staycation experience. Good place to stay. Has a little bar and pool I took advantage of. Drinks were good. Just 1 issue. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned and the carpet was wet where the AC was. They moved us to a new room and everything was good in the second room.

I came into town with my assistant, her daughter, and my dog & couldn't have asked for a better room, service, and place for a nice walk. It was storming for a couple of days, so the pool wasn't ready, but we felt safe & my pup had the best time on her first ever trip. All the ladies at the front desk were beyond nice & helpful - service was top notch. The room came with a full kitchen & breakfast with several options. I recently stayed at another hotel in Austin, and this hotel blew the other out of the water. Next time I'm in Houston, I'll definitely stay here. Highly recommend.

Alright, the building and the room are damp, the floor and ceiling are aged, and the fan is noisy. Everything is below the standard of any regular Hyatt place or house. But you pay what you get for, and for 80 dollars a night this place is still decent. If you are traveling with your family for a good time, go to somewhere else. If you just want to sleep well and have a good breakfast, why not?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
