        Normally I don't write negative reviews but this hotel is easily the most terrible hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. Check in was for 3pm. By 345pm after going to the front desk a second time, they finally got the room ready. Got in the room, no bottled water. Not even in the mini fridge. How does a 5 star hotel not have bottled water in the rooms? Asked the front desk, instead of saying "yes I will make sure someone gets water to your room", the response I received was "call room service". In what world is this an acceptable level of service for a hotel that is supposed My luggage. At 6pm my luggage still hasn't arrived. Found out it was left in the luggage room. And I had to go downstairs and go get it myself. Would never ever stay here again. It's true the rooms are dated and old but I would have never posted a review based on that. The service is so horrendous I wish I can give a 0 star if I could.

        the rooms were super clean, very comfortable. Highly recommended for short and long stays! Seriously, you would never expect to find such a perfect blend of tradition and luxury behind the walls of the hotel. The traditional food was also one of the best parts of the stay.

        Hi everyone, I was 2 days in this beautiful hotel. Beautiful atmosphere. Very delicious tasty food. Nice people!!! Im so so happy ♥️♥️ Also, the music was very beautiful. I asked the pianist for a song. A Serbian song that was my deceased father's favorite song. The pianist played it so beautifully, with so much soul,and heart ! That I cried. Which is rare from me ☺️ I loved it!!! I don't know where they found the pianist. But rarely hear that!!! Nice, and handsome man!!!! May I ask his name?

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
