We came here to celebrate a birthday, and our experience at the eslite hotel was fantastic. The services provided were top-notch, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and hospitable. They not only took the time to inquire about our specific requirements but also went out of their way to assist us upon arrival. The room itself was wonderful, featuring a balcony that offered a breathtaking view of Taipei 101. I particularly enjoyed the delightful fragrance of the shampoo and bath wash. Without a doubt, we will make it a point to revisit this hotel the next time we're in Taiwan.

Danny and Jessica in the front desk and Stephen , breakfast host are professional, courteous, pleasant, and helpful! Great place to stay, make sure to take a stroll outside after the breakfast! Such a pleasant surprise finding this hotel! Will definitely come back! Breakfast was delicious and delightful! Linda and Hedia at checkout were super pleasant and professional! Thank you guys for the great experience!🙏

I've stayed at the Eslite Hotel 3 times. It's, by far, my favorite hotel in the city. There's so much to love about this hotel. It's located right in the Songshan Creative Park which gives you access to so many activities and amenities (art installations, shopping mall, food, movie theater, etc). The hotel itself is elegant, clean, modern and very reasonably priced. And the service is excellent. Everytime I've stayed there I was upgraded to a nicer room without asking. Love the free breakfast in the morning. I can't say enough nice things about this place.

Great location since there is easy access to main cultural/ tourist places. However, I have to take points off on the lack of help from concierge service. Been going to Taiwan several years since I have family living there. It was the first time I have had any trouble trying to get my luggage from Taipei to Kaosiung on a Friday. I had to arrange luggage service on my own since they were not willing to call Yamamoto service to get them to the hotel to pick up my luggages. Also, because my daughter had an eczema flare and needed aloe vera, I asked the concierge about places to buy aloe. No help at all...they just googled flower shops and proceeded to tell me that aloe is hard to get because there are not that many flower shops nearby. The lack of help was evident, I had to get a local friend to call flower shops around the area and send it to the hotel. Now I wonder how come someone who lives in Taichung can get aloe to Taipei, while a hotel concierge isn't able to do so.

This place was great. The room was incredibly clean and neat. The staff were very helpful to us when we visited Taiwan during typhoon day. They allow us to check in earlier and provided assistance to my family when needed. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Taipei. Location was great too! We will be back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
