Unacceptable hotel staff. During check out we had asked for a taxi to take us to the airport and instead of a taxi a guy in a Mercedes came who was in a hurry and the employee didn't give us our IDs because we didn't ask for them(!). We didn't make it!!!! They put us in the "taxi" without realizing it! Result.... We missed the flight because they were not willing to accommodate us and send us the IDs to the airport somehow. Their behavior on the phone was indifferent, rude and unacceptable. Especially the employee named Leila was the worst person you could meet while in such a situation as us! By the way..... the room was dirty, old and not well maintained. The location is quite convenient. Just....stay away from this hotel.!!

Very dim and small room for the price. The showerhead was broken and there was no A/C, so the window had to be opened the whole night just so it wouldn’t get too hot. If you just need somewhere to sleep it’s fine, but for the same price there should be nicer alternatives around..

Big and minimal rooms with basic supplies (fridge, microvawe, bottle opener, glasses, plates, etc). Available thru Airbnb. Great security, easy check-in. Host is very responsive, helped us within minutes when we had some mix-up at check-up. Great security, 2 gates, 2 locked doors, I felt safe. Blaha metro station is at a 2 minutes walk, little store and coffee to go place right near.

Classic budget hotel in central zone well conected to everywhere. All staff on the reception are really nice and useful. The room is small but still have everything you need. Tv is on the table but doesn t work :) . They will not change your blankets and towels till the next guest which can be a problem if you stay more than a day or two. Maybe you must ask for that if you stay a longer period. For the money range is more than ok.UPDATE-The price is almost doubled from the year before and not worth it,and there is not fridge,microvawe and other stuff in the room like somebody mentioned.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
