Was here for 7 nights this January of 24. A beautiful newly renovated Hotel. Welcoming and responsive staff, excellent breakfast and facilities. A luxurious lobby with a inviting bar and with wonderful bar keeps and cocktails. Very close to the metro. Definitely recommended. Will visit again on my next trip to Budapest.

My family of 4 and our 4 friends had a wonderful stay at The Est Grand Hotel Savoy. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was just amazing and the staff were professional and very helpful. The location was very convenient and very good value for money. We would highly recommend

Stayed here for four nights in early January with my partner. Very friendly reception staff on check-in. We had a very comfortable and good-sized, well equipped room on the 6th floor. The porthole style windows are a nice little quirk and a good view across part of the city. The bed was super comfortable. It made a nice change to have a full sized bath. Tea and coffee making facilities are available, and a chargeable minibar is also in the room. Some UK television channels are available, too. Lifts are available to all floors. We only ate breakfast in the hotel. It was a good mix of hot and cold buffet items available. It's all very enjoyable. The bar is quite comfortable, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, hopefully - the skybar will be open next time. Recommended.

I love this hotel. Ideal place to relax and chill. Spacious rooms, clean, expensive tea selection (Dammann freres). We are using the same tea brand in the first class of Oman air. Lovely breakfast, whenever you run out of something, the staff will refill it. On the regular day the breakfast area is quiet, only towards the weekend it gets busy. But there is always space for everyone. No need to stay in the queue and to wait to be seated. Convenient location in the city centre, everything there is at the walking distance, a couple of nice restaurants in that area.

This hotel was perfect, staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again. We didn’t book the breakfast but I did walk past during service and it looked very nice indeed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
