Room is clean and neat. But not spacious. Location is quite near some shopping malls and sight seeing. Didn't try the hotel amenities. Sad thing is can't smoke in hotel and have to take lift down to ground level. Should at least have a smoking corner on every floor. Fine for smoking in room is 1000 ringgit. Feel that the appropriate amount should be 100 ringgit.

Photos here show how dusty and rotten the room is. basin tap is spoilt. Whole bathroom shower area is mouldy and the whole place is filled with dust. Do not stay here. I've frequented this hotel many times, but my recent two stays were disappointingly the worst. Despite booking directly and explicitly requesting a king bed, I was given a twin bed upon check-in. The receptionist claimed there were no double beds in the entire hotel, which contradicts my previous stays. She suggested pushing the beds together, but the inconveniently placed power socket made that impractical. To add to the frustration, there was no housekeeping service on the second day. Despite leaving the room at various times, they claimed they couldn't check due to a "Do Not Disturb" sign, even during extended periods when the room was vacant. When questioned, they justified it by stating they were running at full capacity—an unacceptable excuse for a supposed 4-star hotel. To top it off, the room was excessively dusty, causing both my husband and me to constantly sneeze throughout our trip. This experience created unnecessary hassle and significantly diminished our opinion of the hotel.

Mainly here for medical tourism. The location just superb! Just a quick 2 minutes walk from Mahkota Medical Centre, with easy access and the area covered a lot of different food to choose from. Farmacy and convenient stores all within walking distance. Helpful staffs and good service.

Booked a 2 room premier suite for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Space: room has more than enough space for 4 pax. Ideal for families with young children. Comes with a small area with sink and fridge. No microwave but has an electric kettle. Location: very good location near malls. About to 10mins away from Jonker street. Has several eateries and convenience stalls around the area. Cleanliness: room not maintained properly. The window side seats and curtains were extremely dusty and dirty. The windowside built in bench area was broken and was covered by the cushions. My kids who were seated by the window to check out the view ended up having hives cuz of the dust. The room is fully carpeted, and it looked dirty. Not sure if it’s regularly shampooed. The master bathroom’s shower area also had poor water flow, resulting in ponding after a shower. Shower didn’t have very hot water, just warm water. The bath towels provided had stains, though it was washed. Feel that the hotel is well furnished with beautiful Nonya influence. However, it’s not well maintained at all. The hotel also serves as a pickup point for several bus companies heading to Singapore. The ground floor waiting area which belongs to the hotel has seating arrangements but didn’t have the aircon switched on. When we asked the staff about the aircon, they said that it was deliberate as it was a public waiting area. Found this very inconsiderate as the waiting area can be unbearably humid and stuffy.

Everything was ok. Clean room and all the amenities well present. What I can said, this hotel maybe hv collaboration with Hatten Hotel. It's just opposite each other and when u check in at Estadia including breakfast, then U will hv your breakfast at Hatten. Need to improve the huge building environment, all the shops inside the building close already and it's seems like a haunted place. Too dangerous if U walk alone during night from Dataran Pahlawan to the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
