The local hotel I stayed in felt quite cramped, with rooms that seemed makeshift and hastily put together. The only TV channels available were local broadcasts, and to make matters worse, the restaurant was closed during my stay. This left me with no choice but to venture outside for dinner. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who's considering staying here. If you're looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience, it's best to explore other options.

The location is near Kelapa Gading, which is very strategic if you plan to visit around North Jakarta. The location is easy to find. The score for room cleanliness is only 8. I visit there more than 1 time. Sometimes I get a clean room, but not for the other day. But the service of hotel is quite good and fast response.

Dirty bed sheets, mirror and sink. I called the front desk to change the bed sheets. They came to inspect, took the dirty sheet, and took a long time. I was left waiting. The price is not bad, but the service is not good. The two girls at the front desk are playing games on their phone. They can't stop, even while attending the customer. Had to call the front desk again to remind them about them bringing back my bedsheets. Room service came and asked me to move rooms. The other room was also dirty. Bedsheets and pillow. This room had crums of food on phone counter

well.. its price is actually deserve better.. the room is clean and the facility is quite okay.. i spend the nights here due to business trip, so I didn't enjoy much time on my first night.. the second day bothers me.. it seems the staff were not officially trained in a hospitality business of how to handle customer.. but, good job anyway :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
