We went to stay at Ethos during our summer holiday, and it was such a great experience! We loved the room, and the private rooftop terrace😊 The breakfast was incredible every day, such amazing homemade vegan food! We are still daydreaming about it😍 The owners were super friendly and helpful of any questions you might have. We are hoping to come back someday. Highly recommended!

My husband and I just stayed at Ethos, and we cannot stop talking about this wonderful place. Absolutely spectacular breakfast (even if you aren’t vegan, you will be wowed! And if you are vegan, what an absolute treat!!!). Beautifully designed space, expertly curated. The private hot tub on the patio was the perfect temperature for a soak after walking around the island all day. But the best part of Ethos: the owners Coskun and Artemis! So kind and welcoming. We would come back to Santorini just to stay with them again. We travel a lot, and I have never experienced the level of hospitality at Ethos. If you are thinking about staying here, stop thinking and start booking!!!

Artemis and Coskun have been lovely hosts providing a lot of information on the island. However, the best thing was the great vegan breakfast (and I’m not vegan). Artemis is an outstanding chef. All in all one of the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Our stay at Ethos Vegan Suites was truly exceptional. The well-designed rooms, gracious owners, and outstanding daily vegan breakfasts made it a standout experience. The room seamlessly blended modern comfort with traditional charm, providing a cozy and stylish retreat after our daily adventures. The owners' warm hospitality and valuable local recommendations enhanced our visit, adding a personal touch to our stay. The highlight, without a doubt, was the daily vegan breakfast. Each morning brought a new, delectable vegan meal, beautifully presented and a culinary delight. Furthermore, the hotel's convenient location near Fira's center allowed us to explore the area with ease. In summary, Ethos Vegan Suites provided us with an unforgettable and enjoyable stay, making it a top choice for those seeking a remarkable Santorini experience.

Ethos Vegan Suites was such a special visit with lifelong memories. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Artemis and Coskun, whom kindly shared many suggestions of sites and vegan friendly restaurants around the island. It’s very clear that a lot of time and effort went towards the design of the hotel. We have stayed at many boutique hotels (many vegan) and Ethos is right at the top of our favorites! Artemis and Coskun provided so many personal experiences throughout our week long stay, they made us feel like a guest in their “home”. The breakfasts and mezze prepared by Chef Artemis were out of this world! And to have each meal delivered to enjoy on our own patio was terrific! The variety of delicious breakfast dishes were divine! As well as the daily mountain tea that I enjoyed. Our room was extremely comfortable and enjoyed plenty of time on our own rooftop sun deck and jacuzzi with view to the sea. We highly recommend taking a tour with Coskun, as he showed us so many great areas on south side of island. We have returned to many cafes and restaurants on our own that Coskun and Artemis had recommended. The true kindness, generosity, professionalism,and friendliness by Artemis and Coskun were top notch. One does not need to be vegan to enjoy this very special place with a great location in Santorini, a true gem. We cannot wait to return someday and bring along friends and family. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
